We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Seattle, Washington. This leadership role is instrumental in overseeing all daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards within our fast-paced logistics hub. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the flow of goods, optimizing storage solutions, and implementing best practices for receiving, inventory control, and shipping. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of productivity while upholding our commitment to a safe working environment for everyone. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control techniques is essential. You will be responsible for enforcing Safety protocols, ensuring proper use of PPE, and conducting regular safety inspections. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. This role involves moderate physical activity, including occasional Lifting and moving of items. - Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Implement and enforce Safety procedures and policies, including PPE usage.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
