Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Meet daily picking and packing productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Support logistics operations by preparing orders for dispatch.
- Demonstrate proper lifting techniques for items of various weights.
Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred. Ability to read and understand order details. Basic math skills for inventory counting. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Capacity for lifting up to 50 lbs. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a team environment. Understanding of basic logistics processes. Must wear required PPE. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
