Eudia is seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Recruiter to join our People & Talent team and drive our talent acquisition strategy for our high-growth AI and legal tech platform. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract world-class engineers, product managers, legal experts, and AI specialists, ensuring we build diverse, high-performing teams to fuel our mission. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, execute innovative sourcing strategies, and champion Eudia's employer brand while maintaining a candidate-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and legal operations experts, with a focus on AI and legal tech talent.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of passive candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on hiring timelines and diversity goals.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to attract underrepresented talent and foster an inclusive hiring process.
- Manage offer negotiations, coordinate with HR on onboarding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to hire.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes and report on hiring pipeline health.
Qualifications:
- Must be local to Palo Alto or be willing to relocate.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup or AI/legal tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles (e.g., engineering, data science, product) and/or specialized legal roles.
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates, using ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable), and leveraging advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
- Familiarity with the AI, legal tech, or enterprise software industries is a plus.
$130,000 - $155,000 a year
