Preference will be given to candidates from manufacturing, construction or exterior design fields

Customer Service responsibility - 50%

  • Customer Interaction & Support: Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and complaints professionally while identifying customer needs and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Order & Documentation Management: Process and confirm orders, prepare invoices, assist with collections, and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with technical representatives on solutions and warranty claims, assign leads and showroom visits, and support partner platform administration.
  • Policy Adherence & Service Excellence: Follow company procedures and policies, ensuring a premium customer experience through proactive and efficient service.

Marketing and Branding responsibility – 50%

  • Liaise with Corporate Marketing & Communications of headquarter agencies and internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies, coordinate and elaborate marketing activities for North American markets.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Social Media Manager at headquarters to align on content, ensure timely approval and publishing for STOBAG North America's social media channels, and oversee community management activities.
  • Manage marketing communications such as newsflashes, e-blasts, and newsletters using tools like Clever Reach.
  • Support the organization of events such as home shows, dealer summits, showroom tours, promotional events, company parties, training sessions, and staff gatherings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
