Construction Laborer

Duties:

• Assist with the construction and renovation of buildings and structures
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site
• Operate hand and power tools as directed by the construction team
• Dig trenches, pour concrete, and perform other manual labor tasks as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with the assembly and installation of construction components
• Perform general maintenance tasks on construction equipment

Skills:

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the construction team
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
