Night Cleaner

All Ways Clean is growing and we are looking for dependable, detail oriented Night Cleaning Technicians to join our professional cleaning team. About the Role
As a Night Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments in commercial facilities after business hours. Your work directly impacts the health, comfort, and first impressions of our clients.

What You Will Do

• Perform nightly cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas to AWC quality standards
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Work independently while meeting time and quality expectations

What We Are Looking For

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
• Ability to work evening and overnight shifts
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We provide training
