Our growing logistics center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts, and assisting with stockroom organization. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. This position requires a sharp mind, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our inventory levels are precise, which is vital for order fulfillment and overall supply chain management. - Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory records accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock items.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for optimal efficiency.
- Conduct physical inventory audits as required.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of all inventory items.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Support the logistics team by providing accurate inventory data.
Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory management role is required. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and WMS software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform occasional lifting up to 30 pounds. Understanding of logistics principles is beneficial. Must be at least 18 years of age.
