Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment for material handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Follow instructions carefully to ensure quality and efficiency in all tasks.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere in our logistics hub.
Qualifications:
No prior warehouse experience is required; training will be provided. Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and follow directions accurately. A commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE is essential. Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
