We are a small, family-owned physical therapy clinic in beautiful Eugene, Oregon, dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to our community. Position Summary
General outpatient orthopedic case-load. We are open and supportive of starting any type of new programing based on your particular interests. Your fulfillment as a physical therapist is important to us, and we are dedicated to helping you meet your professional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out physical therapy treatment plans.
- Instruct and motivate patients in therapeutic exercises and activities
- Document patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising therapist
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patient care
- Supervise therapy aides as needed and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Uphold professional standards and clinic policies at all times
Qualifications
- Graduation from accredited physical therapy program.
- Current Oregon PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CPR certification for healthcare providers (may complete once hired)
- At least one year of experience as a PT preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused setting
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
