Key Responsibilities
* Sell and promote new and used vans in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
* Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager
* Maintain and develop existing customer relationships, delivering the high level of service customers expect
* Proactively identify opportunities to increase business within your customer base
* Build strong rapport with customers to establish needs and recommend suitable vehicle features and benefits
* Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, recognising the importance of repeat business
* Maintain organised diary management to maximise time and sales opportunities
About You
* Previous automotive or commercial vehicle sales experience preferred (2 years ideal)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* IT literate, with experience using Outlook, Word and Excel
