As a Systems Support Analyst for clinical applications, you will play a vital role in providing technical administration, configuration/development and support for one or more of the Trust's Clinical IT systems.
The post offers great potential for personal and career development and enables you to enhance your knowledge of healthcare and clinical IT systems.
We offer flexible/hybrid working with the ability to be based at one of several sites across County Durham, including Darlington and Peterlee.
Experience in radiology and cardiology systems, or a similar environment, would be beneficial to this role.
Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and provide user support and frontline system administration technical support to Trust systems.
Report directly to the Systems Manager and work in close association with Senior Systems Support Analysts.
Ensure users receive the best possible service in terms of data quality, system availability, technical and operational support.
About Us We provide hospital services from two acute sites – Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We also have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals and over 80 other community‑based settings, including patients' homes.
