We are looking for an experienced van mobile Building Services Engineer to maintain a diverse portfolio of commercial sites, including blue-chip offices, high-end residential, and end-user properties across London and the Southeast.
This is a client-facing, hands-on role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, working with a supportive team in professional environments.
Package
* £48,000 per year
* Company van & fuel card
* Call-out rota (1 in 12 standby + bonus)
* Overtime available
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Job Description
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
* Diagnose and fix reactive maintenance issues
* Maintain building services to a high standard
* Work directly with clients and site occupants
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements
* Experience in commercial building maintenance
* Mechanical or Electrical qualification (essential)
* Comfortable in client-facing environments
* Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
