As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various essential tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery. A strong adherence to **Safety** procedures and the correct use of **PPE** is non-negotiable, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues. The nature of warehouse work involves physical demands, including frequent **Lifting** of items up to 50 pounds, moving goods, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare items for shipment and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Follow all **Safety** guidelines, including the proper use of **PPE**.
- Assist with **Logistics** planning and execution.
- Perform **Lifting** and moving of packages up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and **Safety**.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to **Lift** and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic **Logistics** and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a **Safety**-first culture.
- Willingness to wear **PPE** consistently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
