Join our bustling distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to play a key role in our efficient logistics network. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory and outgoing shipments. Collaboration with team members and supervisors is vital to maintain productivity and meet daily targets. Your commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also important. We emphasize a culture of safety, requiring all employees to follow established guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). The role involves frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds and requires you to be on your feet for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to handle frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE .
