Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Worker in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is fundamental to the success of our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure efficient warehouse functioning. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Understanding of basic warehouse operations. Strong commitment to Safety and following instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This role is vital to our logistics chain.
