We are looking for a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Jacksonville, Florida! In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment. Your contribution is vital to our logistics network, supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service. We foster a culture of safety, requiring adherence to all safety procedures and mandatory use of PPE to protect yourself and your colleagues. This position involves significant physical activity, including prolonged standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order details.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure correct quantities are selected.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Properly wear and utilize all required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks (training available).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
