This vital role supports the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will be instrumental in ensuring that products move smoothly through our logistics network, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment that requires consistent movement and occasional heavy lifting. Your responsibilities will include unloading incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, stocking merchandise in designated areas, and fulfilling outgoing orders with accuracy. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (if trained).
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
Ability to perform lifting of up to 60 lbs. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is highly desirable. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed. Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus. Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE is essential.
