We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods. You will be involved in a range of tasks, including receiving and storing inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety, and adherence to all established procedures, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, able to perform tasks requiring regular lifting and movement, and possess a keen eye for detail. Experience with common warehouse equipment is advantageous. This position plays a critical part in our logistics chain, contributing directly to our ability to serve our customers effectively. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications with high accuracy.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, shelves, and common areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandated use of PPE.
- Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and report any concerns.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all logistics and warehousing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor position is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and logistics operations.
- Must be willing to wear and use all required PPE correctly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is beneficial.
