As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to our Logistics chain, including loading and unloading materials, stocking inventory, order picking, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role demands physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding our rigorous Safety standards. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary PPE to ensure your well-being. The ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of goods is essential. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Receive, identify, and stock incoming goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles, workstations, and common areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and Safety regulations.
- Ensure proper use and care of all warehouse equipment.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE , such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Capacity for frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Capability of Lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of and adherence to workplace Safety protocols.
- Willingness to wear and maintain PPE .
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics principles is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
