Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Houston, Texas! We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics network, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various warehouse equipment and adhering to strict safety protocols. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Support overall logistics and supply chain efficiency.
  • Tasks may require considerable Lifting of products.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
