We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory within our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You should be comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, and working effectively as part of a team. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklifts) safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, adhering to all established safety protocols.
- Properly use all required PPE and follow all safety procedures, including those for lifting and material handling.
- Contribute to the overall logistics efficiency of the facility.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
