Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or other technology.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Utilize appropriate PPE at all times and follow all safety protocols for lifting and movement.
- Support overall logistics operations and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
