Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Jacksonville, Florida, and play a vital role in our e-commerce logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with efficiency and care. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to the timely delivery of products. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage before packing and shipping.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus, but not required. This role involves physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items up to 30 pounds, standing for extended periods, and walking throughout the warehouse.
