Join our Dallas, Texas team as a Picker/Packer and play a key role in our order fulfillment process. This position is critical for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for selecting items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order lists or scanner devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and use required PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Identify and report any picking errors or damaged items.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability for Lifting items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to following all Safety procedures and wearing assigned PPE .
