We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our distribution network, involving a range of tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our customers. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment, and all associates must strictly adhere to safety standards, including the mandatory use of PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
  • Follow all company policies and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
