We have an immediate opening for a Distribution Center Associate at our Sacramento, California facility. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, supporting the efficient handling and movement of inventory within our warehouse. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory.
  • Pack products safely and securely for shipment.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
  • Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, with training provided for suitable candidates.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Always use required PPE and follow all company Safety procedures.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical capability to handle demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles is advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
