Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Škoda product range
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals
Ensure compliance with brand and dealership standards
To be successful you will have
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3 yearspreviouswith a main dealer
Experience of E-Max andCitnow
Beenthusiastic, professional, and proactive
Workwell both independently and as part of a team
Is eager to learn and develop
