We provide professional pool open/close & maintenance, and related services to residential clients across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. As we expand, we are looking for motivated sales professionals to help grow our customer base.

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to sell pool services within assigned territories through door-to-door outreach and follow-up sales calls. This is a commission-only role ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face sales, value a flexible schedule, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach using company-provided marketing materials
• Engage homeowners and businesses to promote our pool services
• Follow up with warm leads and inquiries via phone and email
• Build rapport with potential clients and close service agreements
• Work assigned territories and locations provided by the company
• Accurately track leads, conversations, and closed sales

Requirements

• Provide own transportation to assigned territory
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Previous sales or door-to-door experience is an asset (but not required)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
