Sales & Dispatch Coordinator - Shipping containers

The Container Guy is looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Person and dispatch coordinatorr to join our growing team in Red Deer. We specialize in the sale and rental of shipping containers and are seeking someone who thrives in an independent, commission-based role.

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay
• Approximate annual earnings: $70,000 (based on performance)

Responsibilities:

• Sell and rent shipping containers to new and existing customers
• Dispatch and coordinate trucks for container deliveries and pickups
• Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and digital tools
• Manage time efficiently while working independently

Requirements:

• Sales experience is a must
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Marketing experience an asset
