We're hiring a driven
B2B Outside Sales Rep
to focus on
new client acquisition
. This role is for a true hunter—someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and secure
new B2B clients - Build a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and site visits
- Meet decision-makers and deliver consultative, solution-based sales
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Track activity and performance in CRM
- Hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly targets
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales or business development
- Proven success closing
new business - Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
