The Role

As our
Video Production & Content Creation Intern
, you'll play a key role in shaping how VAZA shows up online. You'll be creating and editing content that fuels growth, credibility, and brand recognition across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.

This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who wants real ownership, fast feedback, and portfolio-defining work at a company that's actively scaling.

What You'll Be Doing

• Film and edit short-form and long-form video content for social platforms
• Create high-performing short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Develop strong hooks, captions, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Repurpose content from interviews, podcasts, events, and live activations
• Assist with founder-led content and behind-the-scenes storytelling
• Collaborate with the team on creative concepts, campaigns, and experiments
• Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform algorithms to optimize reach

Who We're Looking For

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Deep understanding of short-form content and social media culture
• Good eye for storytelling, timing, framing, and pacing
• Comfortable filming in different environments (office, events, outdoor)
• Interest in startups, culture, sports, music, or internet communities is a big plus
