Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest requests using hotel management software.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle payments, including processing credit cards and issuing receipts.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
