Based in sunny Southern California, our

Retail Support Center (RSC ) is the heart of our corporate operations, dedicated to supporting both our retail and online stores. The RSC is where strategy meets execution. From trend forecasting to tech innovation, our teams work together to bring the Tillys experience to life — both in-store and online.

Position Summary General Print Artist/Graphic Design responsibilities focusing on in-store seasonal sign packagers, windows signage and special design graphic projects. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.

Key Responsibilities A typical day may include: Design and execute promotional and ad designs for, but not limited to: campaigns, website, emails, mobile app, banners and other digital or print media. Create visual branded materials relating to Tillys retail stores, tillys.com and Tillys catalog. Responsible for producing artwork request for all in-store signs, seasonal campaigns, and catalog design. Create marketing flyers for various schools, magazines, and newspapers. Design event marketing promotions. Assist with any other special projects. Illustrates marketing concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. Creates finished copy and art, using design software programs, printing, mock ups as needed Creates files for print production Uses knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, branded advertisements, packaging, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets. Develops innovative ideas and concepts. Remains abreast of technological advances in the field and is able to identify areas of use in the organization.

Qualifications Your experience brings: Detail-Oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast work environment Ability to follow direction receive constructive criticism and execute accordingly Must be an expert in; Mac, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and InDesign Ability to retouch images a plus Outstanding creative design skills. Strong creative ability. Outstanding technical skills/ability to troubleshoot

Education & Experience 1 year minimum of Graphic Design experience Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferred. High School Diploma required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands Professional office setting with low to moderate noise Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs Frequent walking and movement between floors/departments Reasonable accommodation is available to support individuals with disabilities

Compensation Annual Range:

$65k – $72k Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What to Expect Schedule:

Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons. Work Location:

Irvine, CA — minimum of 4 days per week in-office.
