Hudson Kids Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders across diverse patient populations, with a focus on pediatrics and early intervention. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a thorough understanding of speech-related physiology and anatomy, and relevant experience. *Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ speech, language, voice, and fluency.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical observations.
* Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions tailored to pediatric and adult patients, including those in early intervention programs.
* Collaborate with educators, physicians, and caregivers to support patient progress and ensure continuity of care.
* Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families about communication disorders, treatment goals, and home exercises.
* Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology practices through ongoing professional development.
Job Types: Full-time, Per diem
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
