*What the Role Involves*
You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and managing all things IT across the business. This includes:
*Infrastructure & Setup*
* Building and implementing our full IT infrastructure from scratch.
* Setting up secure networks, user access, device management, and internal systems.
* Creating processes and documentation for best-practice IT operations.
*Maintenance & Support*
* Acting as the go-to expert for all IT support across the company.
* Monitoring system performance, security, and reliability.
* Managing hardware, software, licences, updates, and backups.
*Project Management & Innovation*
* Leading multiple IT and tech-related projects simultaneously.
* Working closely with leadership to support our in-house software development ambitions.
* Researching, testing, and implementing new solutions and technologies.
* Finding smart, innovative ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

* Experience in IT management or senior IT support roles.
