Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator based in Montreal, QC. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day logistics operations, including shipment tracking, handling customer inquiries, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The role also involves maintaining communication with clients and partners, scheduling shipments, and resolving any operational issues that may arise.
