We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Prepare, review, and organize a variety of documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Manage electronic and physical filing systems to facilitate quick retrieval of information
- Input data into databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with high precision
- Maintain and update records in accordance with company policies and compliance standards
- Assist in data collection efforts by gathering relevant information from various sources
- Perform data entry tasks, including typing and updating records efficiently
- Support administrative functions by managing document flow, scanning, copying, and distributing files
- Collaborate with team members to streamline document workflows and improve filing systems
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and general computer skills
- Experience working with databases and performing data entry tasks accurately
- Excellent typing speed and clerical experience including filing and data collection
- Strong attention to detail to ensure document accuracy and consistency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and office software tools
