Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to Safety will be key to your success. You will contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Stock received merchandise in designated locations.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Follow all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Wear appropriate PPE as designated.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits.
  • Must have the ability to perform tasks including Lifting of up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Support daily logistics and operational goals.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including Lifting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to workplace Safety. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
