This position requires physical stamina, including frequent **lifting**, standing, and walking. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-conscious work environment.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Support overall warehouse **logistics** and operational flow.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to **lift** up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic **safety** practices and **PPE**.
- Basic knowledge of **logistics** and inventory control is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
