Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions.
- Utilize RF scanners and other equipment to manage inventory.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Package items securely, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Label outgoing shipments correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.
- Meet established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a picking or packing role is beneficial.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting items up to 45 lbs.
- Good understanding of warehouse procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong time management skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety standards.
