Job Summary:
Our rapidly growing logistics hub in Durham, North Carolina, is seeking an energetic and dependable Warehouse Associate. This position is fundamental to our operations, involving a wide range of tasks such as receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute to the smooth flow of inventory and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all team members are required to adhere to established safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Stage outgoing shipments for delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
  • Team-oriented and willing to assist colleagues.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and PPE usage.
