Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse stock.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as assigned.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
- Understanding of order fulfillment and logistics processes.
