Seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates for our expanding warehouse in Columbus, Ohio! This role is pivotal to our logistics chain, ensuring that customer orders are processed with speed and precision. You will engage in picking, packing, and preparing a diverse array of products for dispatch. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; you will be required to adhere to all safety regulations and consistently wear the necessary PPE to ensure a secure working environment. This physically demanding job requires the ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods, as well as the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. We provide thorough training for all aspects of the job, including the operation of warehouse equipment, and prior experience in logistics or a similar setting is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Retrieve correct items from designated warehouse locations according to order lists or scanner data.
- Verify product identification, quantity, and condition before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipping carriers.
- Support receiving and stocking processes as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized and clean warehouse space.
- Follow all established safety procedures and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety and logistics.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines, including PPE usage.
