Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Locate products in the warehouse, ensuring correct item and quantity.
- Package items securely for shipment, maintaining quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Meet or exceed established picking quotas and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a bonus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
