We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping orders to meet customer demands. You will play a crucial part in our logistics operations, ensuring that our products reach our customers in excellent condition and on time. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using an RF scanner.
- Prepare shipments by securely packaging items and affixing shipping labels.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Properly use required PPE at all times.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
