Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload materials from trucks.
- Store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided where needed).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all established safety guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player attitude and good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
