Join our growing team in Baltimore, Maryland as an Order Picker! This position is crucial for fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, picking and preparing items for shipment. We offer competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve correct items and quantities from warehouse stock based on order tickets or electronic devices.
- Verify product information to ensure accuracy before packing.
- Pack items appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and use required PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Report any issues with inventory, equipment, or safety to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for prolonged periods.
- Comfortable with Lifting items up to 40 pounds regularly.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
