Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided for suitable candidates).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of outgoing shipments.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
