Join our thriving distribution center as a Fulfillment Associate in Kansas City, Missouri. This dynamic role involves a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring that products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. Success in this position requires a strong commitment to Safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to handle goods that may require significant Lifting, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary. We are committed to the well-being of our employees and provide all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities also include maintaining an organized and clean warehouse space, participating in inventory counts, and operating warehouse equipment as needed. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who can contribute positively to our team culture. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth within the supply chain industry.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and protocols.
- Utilize provided PPE consistently.
- Participate in inventory management activities.
