Unity5 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to bridge the gap between development and product. Your mission is to eliminate manual intervention by building a "recreatable" cloud-native environment that empowers our engineering team.
The Role
You will orchestrate our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, managing containerised workloads and serverless logic while ensuring 100% consistency across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
*
Provision and maintain cloud-native resources (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL).
*
Optimise Docker configurations to align local dev environments with product.
*
Build and maintain CI/CD tooling to streamline product delivery.
*
Design comprehensive monitoring and alerting to ensure high availability.
*
Work with engineers to design systems focused on scale and performance.
What You’ll Need
*
Proven experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS.
*
Strong working knowledge of Docker.
*
Proficiency in Python or similar languages for automation.
*
Ability to manage and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
*
A passion for automation, documentation, and infrastructure-as-code.
